It is not Just in NYC, It is Everywhere and Blatant!

I witnessed it again at the primary election when I was waiting to vote. A man drove a van to the polling place with four passengers. He brought all four in. None of them seemed to know or understand where they were or what they were there for. None of them could even sign their names and he kept ducking into the voting booth to fill in the ballots for them. Then he loaded them back into the van. Were they off to another voting district? m/r
