This may be completely legitimate, but the timing of this highly publicised raid on a small time, anti-government, fringe militia member has the appearance of the administration looking much too hard for "balancing" against the Muslim Terror Bomber's in Boston.
Here was an anti-government, fringe recluse who had not done anything, yet. But he gets raided.
It looks too, too convenient as a thirst quencher for the administration and the press who were so eager for a Right-Wing Terrorist, after they were so visibly disappointed that the Boston Marathon Bomber's were Islamic Terrorists.
The government's multitude of law enforcement agencies dropped the many balls handed to them to be on-the-look-out for the Boston Bomber's. Here is law enforcement's very meager way for them to show they are "on the ball" as it were. m/r
FBI: Raid of Minn. home disrupted planned terror attack; police say suspect has militia ties - The Washington Post
By Associated Press, Published: May 6 (the AP still has no clue what year it is)
MINNEAPOLIS — FBI officials said Monday they foiled a terrorist attack being planned in a small western Minnesota town, but they offered no details about the exact targets of the attack — or the motive of the man accused of having a cache of explosives and weapons in a mobile home.
The FBI said “the lives of several local residents were potentially saved” with the arrest of Buford Rogers, 24, who made his first appearance Monday in U.S. District Court in St. Paul on one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm. ...
“The FBI believed there was a terror attack in its planning stages, and we believe there would have been a localized terror attack, and that’s why law enforcement moved quickly to execute the search warrant on Friday to arrest Mr. Rogers,” FBI spokesman Kyle Loven said Monday.
He said the investigation is ongoing, and agents are looking at the case as one of domestic terrorism.
