Most think it, but few ask, Was Race and Africa a big part of Obama's decision here?

Obama is picking Libya in North Africa and now Uganda, South Sudan, Central Africa and the Dem. Rep. Congo for his military interventions. This "begs the question" why has he has not done anything in Syria, in the Near Eastern part of Asia?
Intervention in Africa by our special forces will more likely be more useful to the Countries in peril than having incompetent UN action. Joseph Korny is leader of the Lords Resistance Army. It is a strange mix of a Religious-Marxist-Terrorist gang that uses ancient tribal recruitment techniques that employs torture that includes recruiting young children and forcing them to kill their parents and used as sex slaves, then adopting Korny and the Army as their surrogate parents. Adults are forced to be porter slaves if they are not killed.
This emotional and familial transference has long been used in Africa as it was in most ancient cultures.

U.S. ventures into bloody Africa conflict

By Bradley Klapper and Mark S. Smith - Associated Press 10-14-11

WASHINGTON (AP) — The United States is venturing into one of Africa’s bloodiest conflicts, sending about 100 U.S. troops to central Africa to support a years-long fight against a guerrilla group accused of horrific atrocities.

The Obama administration said the troops will advise, not engage in combat, unless forced to defend themselves.

In a letter to Congress, President Barack Obama said Friday that the troops will assist local forces in a long-running battle against the Lord's Resistance Army, considered one of Africa’s most ruthless rebel groups, and help to hunt down its notorious leader, Joseph Kony.

The first of the troops arrived in Uganda on Wednesday, the White House said, and others will be sent to South Sudan, the Central African Republic and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
