He Just Won't Debate- So this is what Gore meant by Global Warming, now he's getting some well deserved Climate Change! Al Gore case reopened

Al Gore case reopened - PATRICK GAVIN | POLITICO CLICK

Although former Vice President Al Gore has denied three-year-old sexual-assault allegations made against him by a Portland massage therapist, the Portland police have decided to reopen the investigation. They did not explain why, however, according to the Associated Press.

In a statement, a Gore spokeswoman said, "Further investigation into this matter will only benefit Mr. Gore. The Gores cannot comment on every defamatory, misleading, and inaccurate story generated by tabloids. Mr. Gore unequivocally and emphatically denied this accusation when he first learned of its existence three years ago. He stands by that denial."

The masseuse alleges that Gore made unwanted advances in October 2006 at a Portland hotel. At the time, Gore was in town for a speech on climate change.

The woman approached Portland police after the incident but subsequently canceled follow-up meetings to investigate the case. When it was reopened in 2009, detectives deemed there to be insufficient evidence to pursue the woman's charges further.
