Today is the Dumb-Ass Day I guess. CO Democrat Doesn't Understand High-Capacity Magazines Can Be Reloaded

This public, on the record, ignorance, is from a person in Colorado! The last time I was there, Colorado was part of the Inter-Mountain West. Guns are ubiquitous in that part of the U. S., or they used to be. I guess not anymore.
It would be mildly amusing, as to how many dullards make up the Democrat side of the U. S. and the  Colorado and State House of Representatives (I haven't heard the Republicans make fools of themselves, yet), if the gun rights issues weren't so serious and tending toward unconstitutionality. m/r
