Attorney General Eric Holder stopped paying attention during a line of questioning from Tennessee Republican Rep. Scott DesJarlais in the middle of Thursday’s House oversight committee hearing about Operation Fast and Furious.

DesJarlais introduced a graphic titled “Fortress Holder” that visualized how Holder’s Department of Justice has stonewalled congressional document requests.

“You said you were notified probably within 24 hours of [Border Patrol] agent [Brian] Terry’s death, is that what I heard you say?” DesJarlais asked Holder, referring to the border guard who was murdered with a weapon the U.S. government intentionally allowed to disappear into Mexico.

Holder didn’t respond.

“Sir?” DesJarlais followed up.

“I’m sorry,” Holder responded. “I was looking at Fortress Holder. That was kind of interesting.”

“We can get a copy of it for you,” DesJarlais then said.
