Some Things Never Change - Walter Duranty Lives On at the New York Times ...

... and he has been syndicated to MSNBC, CNN, Washington Post, NBC, CBS, ABC, etc.

Walter Duranty (1884-1957) was a correspondent for the New York Times who violated the public trust by sending pro-Soviet stories home, pretending that all was well even as Russia starved 6 million Ukrainians to death. Bewilderingly, he was awarded a Pulitzer Prize for telling these lies. [https://www.nationalreview.com/stuttaford/stuttaford050703.asp]
Duranty is known for being a Stalinist sympathizer, Soviet propagandist, and blatant liar. Duranty's reports stated that the Soviets were ruling in the best interest of the people. He referred to Stalin as "the greatest living statesman".

So now the the lying Spirit of Duranty has moved on to Communist China. From the NY Times and its news media toadies, "The US Now Leads the World in Coronavirus Cases".
The Times along wth the ALWAYS CORRUPT WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION (WHO) just carry on the lies of the Chi-Comms and never investigate their claims that there are no new Wuhan Virus cases in Red China!

China (and Russia) was also claiming humanitarian victory by sending massive amounts (and charging for them) of Chinese Virus testing and medical equipment. These devices, according to the countries who received them, were 80% defective!

Beware of Bad Samaritans

China and Russia are sending medical aid to Italy and other coronavirus-stricken countries, but their motives aren’t so altruistic.
