Papal power of decree for others with no personal consequenses

It's like affirmative action at the top. Be it Illegal Aliens or "Climate Change," this socialist Pope expounds on his own view of his virtue, expounds on it for the rest of the world, then retreats behind the sheltered, well protected walls of his private, exclusive and unpopulated walled, sovereign city. In the Vatican, he is not besieged by illegal immigrant hoards, nor is he, in reality, effected by the hoax of "global warming." He merely decrees to the rest of the world, his theocratic socialist vision without having to suffer any personal repercussions. No God is involved. He spiritually dwells in the realm somewhere between that of Eva Peron and the Dalai Lama. m/r
