Billy Nye the 'Science Guy' and permanent sucker at the Government Tit, has climate change debate with Marsha Blackburn

He sits there talking about Antarctica (with its growing ice-pack) while he shows the Arctic view on his iPad.

This kiddie show "Mr. Lizard" has been sucking at government programs ever since he was an assistant for Carl Sagan. Sagan sucked "billions and billions" of tax dollars for his PBS programs and other left leaning projects, that included his wrongheaded protest hoax against Reagan with Fears of the "Nuclear Winter" prior to the Global Warming Hoax.

Nye never seems to have met a government funded program he doesn't like. He queries his adversaries with unrelated questions about how "good" government is: "who fixes your potholes?" or "who cleaned up the Chesapeake Bay?" Unfortunately Nye doesn't get challenged on his irrelevant and in both cases wrong arguments.

Nye should be asked how helpful government is to him when he gets a letter from any branch of a government agency that will usually, and needlessly, cost him both time and money? He debates against creationists, yet he also is a fanatical "True Believer" with religious fervor in his faith for anthropogenic Global Warming and its own Apocalypse. m/r

Billy Nye the 'Science Guy' has climate change debate with Marsha Blackburn | Mail Online

  • Nye, who hosted the popular 90s children's TV show about science, argued there was evidence of global warming on Meet the Press
  • Republican Representative Marsha Blackburn, of Tennessee, said climate change was 'unproven'
  • This is the second time in recent days that Nye has debated a hot-button scientific issue, taking on a creationist over evolution earlier this month

Bill Nye the 'Science Guy' tried to convince Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn that global warming was real in a heated debate on Meet The Press Sunday.
Nye, who used to teach science to kids on his 1990s television program, argued that the scientific community was in agreement that man-made factors are accelerating climate change.
But Blackburn, a Republican who represents Tennessee, says there is no such consensus and that climate change is 'unproven'. And laws, Blackburn argued, shouldn't be based on 'unproven hypotheses'.
