We have now entered the Serfdom of Liberal-Fascist land that our founders were so set against. The Supreme Court ignores the Constitutional Limits proscribed and turns to the Washington Culture of Power and Central Planning as is primary rule.
Our only hope is mass refusal and vote out anyone who will not wholly repeal Obamacare!
Remember Kelo vs. New London CT. The Supreme Court demonstrated with that decision that it can never be trusted to uphold the right of individuals in the face of the abuse of the State. By the way, the Kelo land is now a weed infested vacant lot, Pfiser never built the complex that was touted as for the general good of the community over the property rights of the individual.
We can only hope for some positive outcome as happened after Kelo: The Supreme Court’s 5-4 decision
against Kelo and her neighbors sparked a nation-wide backlash against
eminent domain abuse, leading eight state supreme courts and 43 state
legislatures to strengthen protections for property rights.

When President Obama signed the Patients Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), commonly known as "ObamaCare" into law in 2010, the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) decided that we had to take the fight to the Courts.
We joined the lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the health care law because, for months, we had heard from small business owners who were greatly concerned over the costs, the burdens and the impositions that the PPACA would bring. They believed it threatened their businesses, employees, families, and livelihoods.
So we fought to the bitter end to keep their fears from playing out.
Yet this case was about something bigger than health care policy, it was about preserving American liberty from the increasingly powerful hand of the federal government.
Today marks a sad day in the history of America. With this decision, Americans have lost the right to be left alone, which Justice William O. Douglas once called “the beginning of all freedom.”
It is painful to recognize that the liberties which our forefathers fought a revolution to secure have been lost.
