DOJ submits NJ county to sharia and dawah

An update to this post, DOJ files suit against NJ county on behalf of Muslim, and another nail in the Western coffin. The DOJ announced the lawsuit just a day afterannouncing on its website it would protect Muslims, while not offering similar statements of protection for any other religion.

Not only did Holder’s DOJ get a $25,000 settlement, but Essex County is forced to have all its employees go through “religious discrimination” training. Maybe they can start with how Islam treats women and non-Muslims.

Former corrections officer is awarded $25K in suit over Muslim garb

NEWARK — A former corrections officer in New Jersey has reached a settlement in a federal lawsuit over her right to wear a Muslim head scarf at work.

Yvette Beshier claimed she was denied a religious accommodation to wear the scarf, then was fired.

The Justice Department last year sued Essex County for violating civil rights laws. Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act prohibits discrimination based on race, color, sex, national origin or religion.

In a settlement announced today, Beshier will receive $25,000. Essex County also has adopted a religious accommodation policy and will train employees regarding religious discrimination.

The question remains now, how can one distinguish her from female Muslim Inmates?
