He's as advanced as every 13 year-old girl - Media Swoon Over ‘Techie’ Obama

He wants to 'friend' everybody and then watch their every move and word.

Media Swoon Over ‘Techie’ Obama | FrontPage Magazine

President Obama’s pals in the media are at it again, this time cheering Team Obama’s command of the latest technology. One outlet is entranced by the Obama campaign’s use of Google+ to conduct “the first completely digital interview from the White House.” A mobile technology news site declares that “President Obama’s decision to use Google+” and “embrace of social media…enhances his reputation as a tech-savvy commander-in-chief.” Another media outlet gushes that the Obama campaign represents “the first national political adoption” of mobile credit card readers. Yet anothermarvels at how “President Obama has Twittered, Googled and Facebooked millions of American voters.” Fast Company expects Team Obama “to storm into new digital territory in the upcoming race,” thanks to the Obama campaign’s hiring of “uber-hipster and tech rebel Harper Reed as the organization’s chief technology officer.” Calling Obama “the Google-style candidate,” The Financial Times adds, with a sense of fait accompli, “Mr. Obama’s campaign Facebook page already has 24m friends.” Translation: Why even bother trying to challenge our tech-savvy, with-it, and above-all, hip commander-in-chief?

This all calls to mind some of the nonsense said early in the Age of Obama.

A Computer Weekly column, for instance, praised “Obama’s technology presidency,” declared the new president a “technology-savvy leader” and applauded Obama for “leadership by example” in the area of information technology.

Perhaps worst of all was a piece penned by Anna Quindlen mocking John McCain because he “doesn’t text-message or have a BlackBerry or use e-mail.” The next president of the United States needs to be a “techie,” she declared, because “Americans cannot afford” a president who is “out of it”—and because America’s national security depends on it. “If Osama bin Laden beat us with a laptop,” Quindlen queried, “shouldn’t we at least have a president who is reasonably conversant with one?”

The short answer was then—and remains today: “Not necessarily.” Being a “techie” is not a prerequisite for being president.

We know whose side she is on, and it is not ours - Clinton asks Congress, whose side are you on?

My Way News - Clinton asks Congress, whose side are you on?

She's asking bluntly, "Whose side are you on?"

Setting up a showdown on Libya, House Republicans agreed Wednesday to vote on dueling measures, one to give President Barack Obama limited authority to continue U.S. involvement in the NATO-led operation against Moammar Gadhafi and the other to cut off funds for military hostilities.

The measures reflect widespread dissatisfaction with Obama's decision not to seek congressional consent for the 3-month-old war.

Face Mecca, Bend Over - Hillary Clinton: Israeli Settlements 'Illegitimate'

Hillary Clinton: Israeli Settlements 'Illegitimate' - ABC News
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton called Israeli settlements "illegitimate" shortly before the United States vetoed a United Nations Security Council resolution condemning continued Israeli settlement expansion as illegal.

Clinton said, "I think it is absolutely clear to say, number one, that it's been American policy for many years that settlements were illegitimate and it is the continuing goal and highest priority of the Obama administration to keep working toward a two-state solution with both Israelis and Palestinians."

The U.N. resolution failed as a result of the United States' veto. The Security Council vote was 14 countries in favor of the resolution and one country, the United States, opposed. Susan Rice, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, said that the resolution risked harming the peace process.

Suck-up to our enemies, spit on our friends - Clinton cautiously welcomes Brotherhood talks

Relativism will be the death of US! And where else would Hilary Clinton announce her collaboration, to the relativist fools at NPR, where else?
The goal of the Muslim Brotherhood is to eliminate Israel and convert the west to Islam.

Clinton cautiously welcomes Brotherhood talks
US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton cautiously welcomed Sunday the Muslim Brotherhood's involvement in political dialogue in Egypt, saying Washington would "wait and see" how talks develop.

"Today we learned the Muslim Brotherhood decided to participate, which suggests they at least are now involved in the dialogue that we have encouraged," Clinton told National Public Radio (NPR) from Germany.

"We're going to wait and see how this develops, but we've been very clear about what we expect."

Vice President Omar Suleiman met on Sunday with opposition groups including the Muslim Brotherhood, a well-organised Islamist movement that has long been officially banned from Egyptian politics, the official MENA news agency said. ...

.... Some Western observers have expressed concern the Brotherhood could sweep to power and institute an Islamist regime that would be no more democratic and might break Egypt's close alliance with Washington.

There are also worries, particularly in Israel, that under the Brotherhood Egypt could adopt a much more hostile stance towards the Jewish state, even tearing up their 1979 peace treaty, signed after four wars.

No Style & No Substance, Hillary Clinton has “friendly chat” with Hugo Chavez in Brazil during the inauguration of President Rousseff

Great. Hillary Clinton has “friendly chat” with Hugo Chavez in Brazil during the inauguration of President Dilma Rousseff : Fire Andrea Mitchell!
Go to link-

The Brazilians love their Marxist leaders. From Lula to the new Pres. of Brazil Dilma Rousseff they are about as far left as you can get outside of Hugo Chavez. Of course Chavez is probably a role model for a lot of Brazilians, much like he is for far left kook Americans. So while Hugo Chavez attended the inauguration of the new Brazilian President, one has to wonder if he got some tips from Hillary Clinton, as she also attended the inauguration. According to AFP/Breitbart Chavez and Hillary hard a nice “friendly” chat together, maybe comparing stories of government control of countries.

Despite a simmering diplomatic row, President Hugo Chavez and US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton were seen having a brief, friendly chat Saturday at the inauguration of Brazil’s President Dilma Rousseff.
“They talked and smiled, at least for five minutes. It looked like a social conversation, both were smiling,” a Brazilian official who witnessed the encounter told AFP on condition of anonymity.

I wonder if Hugo gave Hillary a book too?

I wonder which one was the least hygienic?

RINO Nincompoop: the “Republican” who voted YES for every piece of Obama legistation in the Lame Duck: Lisa Murkowski

Alaskans actually wrote in this worthless politician's name?!!?
Name the “Republican” who voted YES for every piece of Obama legistation in the Lame Duck: Lisa Murkowski : Fire Andrea Mitchell!

Speaking of RINOs, why doesn’t Lisa Murkowski just pull an Arlen Specter and change parties already? She was wishy washy about which party she would caucus with during the run up to the mid term elections, so why wait? Get it over with already. BTW, thanks again to the fine people for re-electing this hag, after electing Mark Begich in 2008! Politico of course gleefully reported that Murkowski was the the only “Republican” to vote for all the Obama goodies in this past lame duck session of the 111th Congress. She voted for the repeal of “don’t ask, don’t tell,” the Obama tax cuts for the rich, the START deal and cloture for the amnesty DREAM Act.

This was a bit of a surprise that it was only Murkowski though. I would have expected other losers like Bob Bennett, George Voinovich and the Maine twins to vote for every Obama thing too. Maybe even the fraud Scott Brown. But alas, it was just Murkowski. Of course, left wing Politico begins their story bashing Sarah Palin

Did you ever notice that the Taliban look like Don Martin Characters from Mad Magazine?

The Afghan war from behind enemy lines: Documentary-maker follows Taliban as they attack U.S. soldiers

By JAMES WHITE 30th August 2010

A documentary made by a Norwegian journalist embedded with Taliban fighters has provided a rare glimpse of the other side of the Afghanistan conflict.

The raw footage - captured by Paul Refsdal - shows the Afghan militants attacking U.S. convoys on a road below their mountainous hide-out and celebrating hits with a high-five.

The men also show their softer side to the Norwegian journalist by singing, reciting verses from the Koran and even brushing their long hair as he quietly records their day-to-day activities.

Let us hope they show their backsides to our troops and get their Taliban asses shot off!

Response to President Calderon

Representative Tom McClintock, Republican from California (4th District) gives a well thought out, measured response to Mexico's Pres. Calderon's ill informed, meddlesome and hypocritical speech before Congress, May, 20, 2010.
Unfortunately, Obama and the left half of Congress encouraged Calderon!

Now Listen to a Maximum Mexican Maroon!
