It doesn't catch or prevent crime unless by tip or accident. It wants total targeted control and abuse by mean, corrupt bureaucrats and agents. Don't trust them, don't go along with this, do anything to stop these totalitarian cretins. We are being watched always by these terrible control freaks and they are lying to us about it. This is their contempt for all Americans! This is a POLICE STATE!
