What else can be expected from cretins and bureaucrats (many times one-in-the-same)? Bloomberg vows to fight reversal of NYC soda ban

You can't blow smoke in his face, or in Bloomberg's case, over his head. Much like any snake in the grass Black Mamba Viper, at times for no other reason, except their own cursed meanness, they will relentlessly pursue their victim until either they kill or get killed.
Bloomberg had plans to unleash an small (tax dollar wasting and corruption inviting) regulatory army of "inspectors," armed with 17 oz. cups, to enforce the big soda ban in every village and venue. m/r

Bloomberg vows to fight reversal of NYC soda ban - Washington Times
By Valerie Richardson 3-11-13

New York Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg’s ban on big sugary sodas fell flat Monday after a state judge invalidated the rule.
New York Supreme CourtJustice Milton Tingling in Manhattan said the regulations, which were set to take effect Tuesday, are “fraught with arbitrary and capricious consequences.”  ...

But Mr. Bloomberg said he would appeal the decision and predicted that the rule ultimately would pass judicial muster, describing the city’s board of health as a “pioneer” and noting that the federal government ultimately followed the board on decisions such as banning lead paint. ...

HERE ARE EXAMPLES OF BLOOMBERG'S OVER-INFLATED INFLATED SELF-RIGHTEOUSNESS:

“We have a responsibility as human beings to do something, to save each other,” Mr. Bloomberg said after the ruling. “While other people will wring their hands over the problem of sugary drinks, in New York City, we’re doing something about it.”
