The Democrat debate was merely a debate between “the Bolsheviks and the Mensheviks.”

One could fill the Internet with examples of this kind of thought that passes for everyday reasoning in leftist precincts. Give Iran the ability to get a nuclear bomb? No problem! President Obama will release over 6,000 criminals into the general population! What a GREAT idea! Open U.S. borders to as many illegals as can make the trek across or under? Swell!

The Left goes further left still as Trump is compared to Castro.

Jorge Ramos compares Donald Trump to Fidel Castro. The View believes Carly Fiorina looks “demented.” President Obama is about to open the jail cells of over 6,000 federal criminals. And then there was that CNBC debate. A more vivid collective portrait of the state of the American Left would be hard to find. ...
...
Now take in this story over in Politico. The headline on this story about Jorge Ramos, the Univision
“journalist” who is really an advocate for illegal immigration, blares — really — this:
Univision's Jorge Ramos draws parallel between Trump and Castro
This jewel of a story says in part:
Before Donald Trump, the only public figure to have a bodyguard stop Univision anchor Jorge Ramos from asking a question was Cuban dictator Fidel Castro, the journalist recounted in an interview published Monday.
That’s right. Jorge Ramos actually thinks there is a similarity between Donald Trump and the infamous dictator of Cuba. Why? Because Trump had the nerve to momentarily toss Ramos from that press conference a while back when Ramos tried to hijack it and make it a display of his pro-illegal immigration views.
