Skittles, the rainbow-colored candy, drew
fierce accusations of racism and even white supremacy Friday following
the release of an all-white limited edition version meant to promote
LGBT pride, according to Milo.Yiannopoulos.net.
“Only
one rainbow matters this Pride,” reads the back of the all-white
Skittles bag. “Give the rainbow, taste the rainbow. All the lentils are
white in celebration of Pride. Enjoy the mystery mix.”
As
you can imagine, this prompted internet outrage, as many attacked the
company on social media for choosing the hated white as the color for
