Yes, he is a Harvard-educated physician. He's also a pathological liar. Fox Business' Maria Bartiromo just has to laugh at the guy when he presumes to lecture her on the state of the economy, and then mock him when he pretends that his baby, Obamacare, isn't hated by everyone it isn't named after.
