Congressman Says Hillary Clinton Is Mentally Impaired

Congressman Louie Gohmert (R-TX) said that Jesus wouldn't make fun of someone who was mentally impaired, and that therefore Christians shouldn't make fun of Hillary Clinton. He says she is very clearly impaired, due to either a brain injury, a handicap, or an illness. He also asked the crowd to pray for her. Has he gone too far with this sort of rhetoric?
