Obama's middle name, Hussein, is Muslim; he, himself listed his religion as Muslim when he was in school in Indonesia. His father was a Muslim Communist. His stepfather was a Muslim. Obama never calls the Bible Holy, he ALWAYS calls the Koran, the "Holy Koran." He insists that ISIS is "ISIL" and it's not "Islamic' and there are no Islamic Terrorists in his lexicon.
Obama is an Anti-American, communist-fascist who, if not officially Muslim, sure comes close.
The Dumb-ass Media think all Republicans are to act even Dumber-assed like John McCain. It's not up to Trump or anyone else to defend Obama. The fool media should do their job and press Obama about his overt Muslim sympathies and not ask others to defend the reprobate. But most of the press is too intimidated by the first "black" president to ask hard questions for fear that Obama might once again show himself to be the small, thin-skinned, testy and truculent lowlife in public that he really is. He shows his smallness when ever he IS asked a rare uncomfortable question.

Defiant Trump insists he has no moral obligation to defend Obama | New York Post

The Leader of the Free World doesn’t need Donald Trump to have his
back, the billionaire developer said in a Twitter blast Saturday.
“Am I morally obligated to defend the president every time somebody
says something bad or controversial about him? I don’t think so!,” Trump
wrote, referring to his refusal to correct a man who called President Obama a Muslim at a campaign event Thursday.
“This is the first time in my life that I have caused controversy by
NOT saying something,” he added. “If someone made a nasty or
controversial statement about me to the president, do you really think
he would come to my rescue? No chance!”
