Seventy Years Ago VE Day anniversary and We Still Haven't Learned the Evils of Big Government

Yesterday marked 70 years since the War in Europe Ended. Strangely, the Brits thought Socialist-Labor Government would provide for them and Churchill was out of office before V-J Day. m/r

Churchill broadcast to the nation at 3pm from Whitehall. Listeners later heard their first weather forecast since war had begun
