Lest we forget. Not all the snakes were driven out of Ireland by St. Patrick. Over a decade ago, Gerry Adams would show up in Irish Pubs in the Northeastern US soliciting funds for guns, bombs and terror training in Libya. He is supported by priests and publicans alike, yet the IRA is still a Marxist terror gang. There is a sick heritage here. m/r

The news from America that Sinn Fein president Gerry Adams might have been an IRA terrorist commander who ordered the bombing and shooting of innocent civilians falls into a special category. Call it the 'So what else is new?' file.

It might not even be news to insular Americans, who, via their reckless donations to Irish Republican terrorists, made sure they had a plentiful supply of weapons and munitions to prolong their cause until they'd exhausted our politicians into cutting a deal.

Adams's crowning achievement subsequently was an invitation to the White House by President Bill Clinton in 1994.
