The Founders and Framers drew upon Enlightenment thinkers who invented “individualism” to upset the political order, but that’s not how the world really works. That’s the thesis of an anthropology professor writing in The New York Times. In a nutshell, he says Tea Party conservatives are wrong about politics and governance, because they have a phony worldview that is refuted by the sciences, and the Scriptures — which, coincidentally agree with Democrats general view. Comrades Scott Ott, Bill Whittle and Stephen Green try to collectively come to a consensus about the myth of individualism.
