Especially Urban Planners.
They think every urban area can be redeveloped as if it were DisneyWorld.
They seem to forget that Disney is private and run under velvet gloved, totalitarianism. It's theirs, so they can. I personally really hate Disney World. To me it is concentration camp lite.
Light rail systems keep cropping up in blighted urban area, make no money, go where few want to go and the rides get mugged.
Plannes are wasteful and incompetent. m/r
