If Democrats are the party of folly, of leaps into the dark, Republicans are the party of stupidity, as exemplified in Republican Rep. Upton's proposed fix of Obamacare. If the resolution passes, and the mess continues, the Republicans will have taken ownership of Obamacare and will be blamed for it. And if the resolution passes, and the mess is delayed a year, until after next year's elections, it will save a good many Democratic seats now in trouble. Looks like lose-lose to me.
