Here is a potential solution to the Fiscal Woes of the US Postal Service.

Saving money in the USPS can be found in a film from 110 years ago. They walked, carried their bags and if they wanted to ride, they used a bicycle.
That was when a letter, if mailed in the morning in a City like Washington D. C. or Manhattan, could be delivered the same afternoon. 
Maybe we should make all of Congress walk or ride a bicycle also. Then they could be too tired to keep passing worthless legislation. m/r
