HENRICO, Va. -- President Obama's teleprompter, podium, presidential seals and $200,000 of audio equipment were stolen by thieves in Virginia...

A white box truck containing the equipment -- which was to be used by Obama at an event in Chesterfield, Va., Wednesday -- was parked at the Virginia Center Commons Courtyard Marriott when it was reportedly stolen.

The truck was recovered Monday afternoon near a local airport in the parking lot of a Holiday Inn Express. Witnesses told local Richmond affiliate WWBT, which first reported the crime, that they saw various law enforcement officials examining the truck.
