Guess who’s now rumored to be planning a trip this spring to North Korea? This time it’s not just Jimmy Carter (again), but Yonhap News Agency reports he may have in tow such elders of the Quisling Community as Kofi Anan, Mary Robinson, and … well, here’s the story.
