These Senators just want to tax, Cap (euphemism for Tax) and trade is like sound and fury,

"A long-awaited compromise bill to reduce U.S. emissions of carbon dioxide and other gases blamed for global warming will be unveiled by a group of senators:according to government and environmental sources,--- is being drafted by Democratic Senator John Kerry, Republican Senator Lindsey Graham and independent Senator Joseph Lieberman."

Have these political hacks been locked in a room reading the 3,000± pages of the Obamacare Bill over the last year so they didn't hear that anthropogenic global warming is a hoax and that Climategate revealed the climate coverup!
